We retain your account and booking information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Signed waiver records are retained for the duration of validity (one year from signing) and for a reasonable period afterward for legal compliance. Our platform is used to book lessons for participants of all ages, including minors. Accounts for minor participants are created and managed by their parent or legal guardian.
